SPEAQ Up! Nebraska is a series of community-based conversations designed to ensure the Nebraska Early Childhood Strategic Plan addresses the opportunities and needs of people in diverse communities across the state. Each SPEAQ Up! meeting is hosted by a member of the local community and participants share their ideas about the strategies needed to achieve the strategic plan’s vision and goals.
