As you can see in the graphic below, the initial organization of grant work was complex. The inner circles represent the original groups who worked toward Needs Assessment and creating a Strategic Plan that would address the findings of the assessment. The outer rings represent that specific initiatives created. While the initial work moved from the center out, the structure represents the ongoing feedback loop that occurs as information moves from the outer levels to the inner levels, creating change that then echoes outward again.
This graphic shows the different teams that manage grant work and the responsibilities they have. While this represents initial grant work, as system work and coordination grow in Nebraska and as our efforts move beyond the grant, these teams continue to change and grow.
The final graphic shows the continuous feedback loop that is vital to creating quality early childhood care and education in Nebraska. To build a quality system for the state, collaboration must occur between all stakeholders from policymakers and organizations to communities, families, and providers.
